Our Story
Delta was established in 2019 by Adam Light, Joey Nelson and Timothy Barry. These surveyors set out to meet the growing demands of the Lubbock community and West Texas. Shortly after opening, they outgrew their small office space and storage unit and now have a team full of all personalities!
Delta is now a full-service surveying and civil engineering firm. Our team works closely with the City of Lubbock, surrounding counties and cities to provide accurate and dependable work you can trust.
